bees moved in prior May 20, 2019 and after may 10th, 2019. The colony looks strong and already organized with very defined bee lines. The surrounding is a 400 acre native prairie next to a 200 acre marsh, tucked inside a forest of oaks and pines. the flowers are diverse and staged from April till October with a dearth period of 3 weeks end of July beginning of august. Abundant golden rod fields end off period allowing a maximum homey stash for winter. This small hive have all conditions to be successful, it could be originating from one Warre hive or from a tree cavity about 1/2 mile away, or obviously any other source I would not be aware of.
